asked the Minister of Housing and Local Government and Minister for Welsh Affairs if he will state the estimated cost of the proposed aqueduct, pumping station and treatment works intended to be built by Manchester Corporation in connection with the extraction of water from Ullswater, together with the amount of water expected to be extracted on the days, amounting approximately to 280, in the year when the lake level is above the 475.75 ordnance datum without the building of a weir.
