We shall notify the Executive Secretary of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade as soon as possible of our acceptance on behalf of the United Kingdom and the Colony of Hong Kong. Acceptance in respect180W of Hong Kong will be subject to certain understandings on the operation of these arrangements.
