§ 30. Mr. G. Thomasasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government and Minister for Welsh Affairs whether he has made a recent survey of the housing problem in Wales; and whether he will make a statement on future development of local authority housing schemes in Wales.
Dr. HillRegular meetings are held between my Welsh Office and local authorities in Wales to discuss housing problems. Discussions will shortly take place between local authorities and the Welsh Office about the 1962 programme, which will take account of special needs including slum clearance and housing for old people.
