Lucasasked the President of the Board of Trade if his attention has been drawn to the conduct of a firm holding defence contracts, whose name is known to him, which is endeavouring to entice workers away from an export firm by writing to individual employees and offering higher wages to change their employment; and what action he is taking in the matter, in view of the Government's responsibilities in connection with firms undertaking public contracts.
