§ Mr. Tileyasked the Minister of Education if he will make certain during the negotiations on teachers' pay that the necessary financial arrangements are made to deal with the deficiency which will arise in future years in the Teachers' Superannuation Fund consequent on the salary increases which are to be agreed.
