§ Mr. MarplesI have decided, in conjunction with my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Scotland, to set up an independent committee to review 169W traffic signs on all-purpose roads, as distinct from motorways, including roads in urban areas and to recommend what changes should be made. We hope to announce the composition of the Committee shortly.
