§ Mr. MarplesYes. I have prepared a scheme for one-way working in this area. The St. Marylebone Borough Council has agreed to co-operate in implementing it on an experimental basis. The essentials of the scheme are that northbound traffic would use Gloucester Place and southbound traffic Baker Street.
