§ Mr. Iain MacleodThe resolution in the Kenya legislature is of general application and recommends the amendment of the provisions of Section 28 (2) (b) of the Kenya (Constitution) Order in Council. I have considered this and studied the record of the debate, but on the information available to me have no proposal for amending the provisions in question.
