§ Mr. RentonWhile it is primarily the responsibility of the banks and other firms to decide what security measures are appropriate, the Metropolitan police keep in close touch with the banks, and frequently advise other firms, about their security arrangements. It would not be in the public interest to give details of the steps taken.
