Mr. Stratton Mills

asked the Minister of Transport if he will now announce the composition of the Committee of inquiry into the shipping services between Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

Yes. The following have accepted my invitation to serve on this Committee:

Chairman: Mr. D. V. House, F.C.A. A partner in a firm of City Chartered Accountants, and a past President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Members: Mr. S. C. Bond, C.B.E., M.Inst.T. Controller of Transport, Stewarts and Lloyds Ltd.

Mr. C. S. Mundy, O.B.E. A Managing Director of British India Steam Navigation Co. Ltd.

The terms of reference of the Committee were given in my reply of 31st January to my hon. Friend the Member for Belfast, West (Mrs. McLaughlin).
