§ Mr. H. FraserI am informed that staff difficulties have caused delay in preparation of the Kenya Annual Report for 1959 and pressure of urgent work on the Government Printer in Nairobi has held up printing. I hope to receive printed copies by the end of May, and publication by Her Majesty's Stationery Office will take place as soon as possible thereafter.
