asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department what are his reasons, other than the fact that over 40 years have passed since the late Lieut.-Colonel Wills handed his firearms for safe keeping into the custody of the United Kingdom Government, for refusing to honour the receipt given for such arms when presented by the widow of the late Lieut.-Colonel Wills.
