§ Mr. Malcolm MacPhersonasked the Secretary of State for Scotland what action he proposes to take in order to carry out the recommendations of the Hill Watson Committee on Drainage of Trade Premises.
§ Mr. MaclayDetailed proposals for legislation based on the Committee's recommendations are at present being discussed with the local authority, trade and other associations concerned.
