§ Mr. J. RodgersThe new projects announced by the "Big Five" in the motor industry are expected to provide some 41,000 jobs over the next four or five years. I am sure that the House will welcome that nearly all these jobs will be in Scotland, South Wales and Merseyside—areas which have had a long history of unemployment.
