§ 67. Mr. Stonehouseasked the Secretary of State for Commonwealth Relations what financial aid by Her Majesty's Government, and in what form, has been given to Ghana since independence.
§ Mr. SandysUp to the beginning of the current financial year, Ghana has received from Her Majesty's Government capital aid of £350,000 for the Kumasi College of Technology, and technical assistance to the value of nearly £100,000. Much increased technical assistance is being given this year; and Her Majesty's Government have offered a loan of £5 million in connection with the Volta River project.
