§ Mr. HeathNo opportunity has been lost to work for the release of Mr. Zarb, and to give him what help we can in the meantime through Her Majesty's Consul in Cairo. It would not be in Mr. Zarb's own interest to give details of the representations that have been made on his behalf at every level; but the House may rest assured that these efforts will continue.
