§ Mr. Kelleyasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government and Minister for Welsh Affairs what action he has taken, and what further action is contemplated, to ensure that the public have general access to the moorlands of Wadsworth, Widdop and Midgley, in the county of Yorkshire, in accordance with Part V of the National Parks Act.
§ Sir K. JosephMy right hon. Friend has for some time been in consultation with the West Riding County Council about these and other moorlands. He will be sending a letter to the council in a few days and will supply a copy to the hon. Member.
