Mr. Doddsasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government and Minister for Welsh Affairs, in view of the widespread concern at the way the price of land for house building has risen during the past few months, what consideration has been given to the matter; and, in view of the hardship this is causing, what action, legislative or otherwise, is to be taken to deal with the situation.
