§ Mr. BevinsI am sorry about the delays at the Mayfair and Welbeck exchanges. The staff at these exchanges—and at other exchanges in Central London—is under strength. I am taking measures to improve the staffing position. These include the borrowing and recruiting of staff for London from the provinces.
