§ Mr. ErrollNo further negotiations have yet taken place and I cannot foresee when it would be fruitful to set them in train. But as my right hon. Friend said to the hon. Member for Shipley (Mr. Hirst) on 10th November, he will seek such negotiations at the earliest appropriate opportunity.
