§ 69. Mr. Fisherasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether he will now announce the date of the Northern Rhodesian constitutional conference, and the names of the delegates to it from Northern Rhodesia.
§ Mr. Iain MacleodI have nothing at present to add to the reply which I gave to the hon. Member for Wednesbury (Mr. Stonehouse) on 25th October, but I hope that when the Northern Rhodesian 33W delegation to the Federal Review Conference is in London we shall be able to agree on a convenient early date for the territorial constitutional conference.
