§ 49. Mr. R. Edwardsasked the Lord Privy Seal if he will make a statement on the official discussions which took place between the United Kingdom representatives and Spanish representatives within the Trusteeship Committee of the General Assembly of the United Nations in connection with the Spanish colonial territories in Africa.
