§ 64. Mr. Stonehouseasked the Secretary of State for Commonwealth Relations what discussions he is having with the Government of Southrn Rhodesia to ensure that the Southern Rhodesian delegation to the forthcoming Federal Constitutional Review Conference is fully representative of local opinion, in view of Her Majesty's Government's overriding constitutional authority for the Federation and for Southern Rhodesia.
§ Mr. SandysArticle 99 of the Federal Constitution, which was establishd by this House, provides that the delegations to the Review Conference shall be chosen by their respective Governments. The composition of the Southern Rhodesia delegation is thus a matter for the Southern Rhodesia Government.
