§ Mr. R. A. ButlerI am informed by the Commissioner of Police that unless it is known that the person leaving the vehicle is enitled to diplomatic privilege a vehicle bearing CD plates is reported or otherwise dealt with for traffic offences in the same way as any other vehicle.
