§ Mr. Bossomasked the Secretary to the Treasury if, in view of the coloured documentary film taken of the State Opening of Parliament, soon to be distributed throughout the United Kingdom and the Commonwealth, he will 41W make it possible for Her Majesty's Stationery Office to produce a brief explanation of the proceedings, together with their historical significance, including an explanation of the meaning of the Cap of Maintenance and the Sword of State.
