§ Captain Kerbyasked the Secretary of State for Commonwealth Relations if he is aware that ritual murder and witchcraft have increased in Basutoland since 40W the Protectorate was accorded its present measure of self-government; and if he will publish in the OFFICIAL REPORT the findings of the Maseru Court in the recent examination of Chief Matlere Lerotholi, his brother, and four other Basutos accused of the ritual murder of the herd boy Kaizer on 29th May, 1959.
