Mr. Parkerasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government and Minister for Welsh Affairs what action he proposes to take to allow the travel expenses of local authority members, within its boundary, to be reimbursed, as requested by the recent Annual Conference of the Association of Municipal Corporations.
§ Mr. BrookeI hope to make a statement later in the Session about this and other suggestions for amending the law relating to expenses and allowances payable to members of local authorities.
