§ The Attorney-GeneralOn the 1st January, 1960, which is the latest date for which complete statistics are available, there were registered with the 117W Registrar of Restrictive Trading Agreements 1,455 Agreements which contained registrable restrictions and had not been dealt with by the Court. Notices of Reference are now pending before the Court in respect of 45 of them.
