§ 74. Mr. Dudley Smithasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will now consider implementing the recommendation of the epartmental Committee on Proceedings before Examining Justices that the present discretion given to examining justices to sit in camera should be replaced by a new statutory power limited to those cases, or parts of cases, where the ends of justice would not be served unless the proceedings were held in camera.
