§ Mr. BevinsI have arranged in the first place for a pilot survey of thirteen Post Office properties of various types designed to assess their commercial value and potentialities. This is well advanced; the interim results suggest that further study of individual cases will he rewarding. I hope to have the full results in the next month or so.
