§ 34. Sir H. Butcherasked the Minister of Pensions and National Insurance what steps he is taking to ensure that the new scale of graduated contributions payable under the National Insurance Act will not penalise those employers who issue shares or cash bonuses to their employees annually under a predetermined profit-sharing scheme.
§ Mr. Boyd-CarpenterI would ask my hon. Friend to await the Assessment of Graduated Contributions Regulations and the Report thereon by the National Insurance Advisory Committee which will shortly be laid before the House.
