§ Sir D. EcclesNo. It was never intended that this college should be permanent and this has also bean the view of the Durham Authority. It is too small and too isolated to offer a suitable base for a three-year course. Neville's Cross Training College is being enlarged to accommodate the students who would otherwise have gone to Wynyard Hall.
