§ Mr. Pavittasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government and Minister for Welsh Affairs if it is his policy to continue to ask local authorities for their housing programmes on the basis of calendar years despite the fact that these authorities usually plan for the fiscal year.
§ Mr. H. BrookeI cannot recall receiving any representations that the present arrangements cause inconvenience. I think that local authorities can generally relate their programmes with equal ease either to the calendar or the financial year.
