§ Mr. N. McLeanasked the Secretary of State for Scotland when the White Paper on Industry and Employment in Scotland for 1959 will be presented to Parliament.
§ Mr. MaclayI hope to present the White Paper on or about 21st June. This date, which is later than usual, enables more complete and up-to-date information to be included together with some assessment of current trends in the various industries. The Scottish Roads Report will, as usual, be published in the same volume.
