§ Mr. N. Pannellasked the Minister of Works if, in view of the fact that only two of the Government buildings in Liverpool for which he is responsible have flag poles, he will arrange for this defect to be overcome so that flags may be flown from all Government buildings on appointed days.
§ Lord John HopeNormally only the more important and prominent Government buildings fly flags. I will see that those for which I am responsible in Liverpool are able to do so.
