§ 39. Mr. Malcolm MacMillanasked the Minister of Defence to what extent facilities are to be available in this country for the training of North Atlantic Treaty Organisation military personnel and civilian specialists from other countries in the use of chemical and biological weapons.
§ Mr. WatkinsonFacilities have been available for some time and will remain so for training limited numbers of N.A.T.O. personnel in defence against chemical and biological attack. No facilities are made available to N.A.T.O. by the United Kingdom for training in the offensive use of chemical and biological weapons.
