§ Mr. Iain MacleodThree hundred and seventy-six of the Africans released from detention are subject to control orders made under Section 25 of the Emergency Regulations. Control orders generally provide for the restriction of the person concerned to a specified area and require him to report to a particular officer at stated periods.
