§ Mr. R. A. ButlerIn January there were so remanded 19 boys and two girls under sixteen years of age and 38 boys aged sixteen but under seventeen. In February there were 37 boys under sixteen years of age, and 39 boys and four girls aged sixteen but under seventeen.
