asked the Minister of Health if the terms of reference have yet been agreed to enable the pay claim for the engineering and architectural staffs of regional hospital boards to go forward to arbitration; and if he will use his good offices to ensure that progress is made on the hospital programme and is not jeopardised by further delay.

Yes. The hearing by the Industrial Court took place on the 17th March and its award is awaited.
