asked the Minister of Health whether he will state the capital projects, costing over £2,000, authorised at the Manchester Royal Infirmary, the Manchester Royal Eye Hospital and the St. Mary's Hospital in each of the last five years; in how many cases the work authorised has not been completed; and why.
