§ Sir D. EcclesI am reconstituting the National Commission and expect that it will be meeting within the next few months. In its old form, the Commission was composed of about 30 co-operating bodies or committees with over 300 members. The last full meeting took 119W place in 1954, but its committees have had frequent meetings. I will send the hon. Member details of the new arrangements as soon as I can.
