Lewisasked the President of the Board of Trade on what date he applied to the German Democratic Republic for a visa for his official observer to attend the Leipzig Fair; and, in view of the fact that this Government have now declared that they will issue the necessary documents on application, if he will, again, apply for a visa to enable an observer to attend the next Leipzig Fair in an informal capacity.
