Mr. Awberyasked the Minister of Aviation if he is aware of the urgent need for the development of airports for all large cities; and if he will take steps to assist local authorities to develop the airports they possess and encourage those which have not yet acquired one to do so in order that they may keep abreast of modern transport development.
