§ 88. Sir H. Butcherasked the Attorney-General whether, having regard to the complex nature of Estate Duty legislation spread over at least fifty Finance and other Acts, and the difficulty that members of the public have in understanding the incidence of this tax, he will at an early date introduce a Bill to consolidate 162W these enactments on lines similar to the Income Tax Act, 1952, in relation to Income Tax.
