asked the Postmaster-General if he is yet satisfied with the parcel post service at Otley, in Yorkshire; and what steps he has taken to improve it.

Not entirely. As my hon. Friend is aware, we did arrange for some of the parcel mail for Otley to be carried from Leeds by Post Office vans, instead of by train, where this would give earlier arrival. I am still looking for means of making further improvements.
