§ 63. Mr. M. Stewartasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government and Minister for Welsh Affairs what progress he has made in discussions with associations representing local authorities concerning the working of Section 76 of the Local Government Act, 1933.
§ Mr. H. BrookeA detailed examination of the working of Section 76 has now been completed. I shall need to have further consultation with the local authority associations on the basis of this examination. I will make a statement as soon as I can.
