§ 62. Mr. Parkerasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government and Minister for Welsh Affairs whether he is aware that many councillors still have to travel long distances within their authority's boundaries and pay considerable fares to be able to attend council meetings and commitees; and if he will undertake to introduce legislation next Session to remedy this situation.
