§ Mr. Mortasked the Minister of Labour if he will state the number of persons registering in the Morriston area for unemployment benefit, the number 88W redundant from the steel and tinplate works, their average ages, and the period of their unemployment.
§ Mr. HeathTwo hundred and seven males and 93 females were registered for employment at 13th June, of whom 41 males and 13 females were last employed in iron and steel. An analysis of unemployment statistics by age and duration is not available for individual industries.
