§ 43. Mr. Stonehouseasked the Prime Minister if the practice of Her Majesty's Ministers of forwarding correspondence, addressed to them by hon. Members, without their prior agreement, to other Governments for purposes of such Government replying direct to hon. Members, has his approval.
