§ Mr. R. ThompsonNo, Sir. The Swazi National Council is the traditional body representing the Swazi people. Every adult Swazi has the right to take part in its discussions and it has recognised the Swazi Progressive Association as a representative body. It is accordingly open to the members of the Swazi Progressive Association to make their views known in the Swazi National Council both as a group and as individuals.
